The District is releasing multiple CMRs for pre-construction services. Contractors may bid on one or many. Construction schedules will vary. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. Programming has just begun for this project and construction is scheduled to begin approximately September of 2024. The CMAR will be expected to provide pre-construction and construction services from now until the addition is scheduled to open July of 2025. DEMOGRAPHICS.
