New Parking Lot to be combined with Cavalier Drive Phase II. New parking lot to include driveway, parking, landscaping, irrigation and lighting (West side of campus). As well as, Spillman Loop pedestrian improvements, LTHS Annex driveway relocation (fronting on RR620) and Detention/Water Quality Pond Improvements. LTHS Cavalier Drive Phase II consists of widening existing driveway at the South entrance to Cavalier Drive. This work is to include earth work, paving and minor irrigation work. As well as, parking lot and circulation improvements, including pedestrian paths, lighting, irrigation and paving. This work is in the process of being permitted. Construction schedule approximately April through August 2024. Lake Travis ISD is seeking contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the following project(s): LTHS New Parking Lot and Cavalier Drive Phase II The District is releasing multiple CMRs for pre-construction services. Contractors may bid on one or many. Construction schedules will vary. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of Proposal responses without the prior written consent of the Board of Trustees, Lake Travis Independent School District.
