INTRODUCTION: The Sanitation Facilities Construction Program was created via P.L. 86-121 with the primary purpose of providing safe sanitary facilities for Indian homes. The home sites served by this project currently do not have safe drinking water and sewer, and are eligible for assistance under the SFC Program. The Billings Area Indian Health Service in Billings, Montana is acquiring construction services in accordance with the attached technical specifications associated with Request for Quotation 75H709OEHE24Q-002 for water pressure systems with occurring on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana. The procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 36, Construction and Architect--Engineer Contracts. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47.
