SWE Proj. #Y003.08 The scope of work for this contract includes limited demolition, earthwork and grading, utility installation, including stormwater, sewer, electrical and potable water lines; construction of a playground, spray play area, sand play area, restroom structure, shelter structure, event plaza, pedestrian bridge, pedestrian paths, vehicular circulation, parking lot, rain gardens, a multipurpose field, concrete seat walls, site amenities including but not limited to Skate Stops, bollards (fixed and removable), benches, trash receptacles, fencing, lighting, planting, and irrigation. All work must be completed by December 31, 2024. The Agency reserves the right to issue Addenda making changes or corrections to the Plans, Specifications or quantities.
