Deadline for Questions December 4, 2023 The City of League intends to expand its Southwest Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) from its current permitted capacity of 4.0 million gallons per day (MGD) to 8.0 MGD. The expansion includes the following components: New influent lift station. Headworks improvements: addition of a second fine screen, second grit removal system, and new solids management capabilities. New aeration basin and blowers. New clarifier and Return Activated Sludge (RAS) pump station. New filters. New Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system. Additional effluent pumps. New sludge dewatering equipment. Ancillary process improvements. additional electrical buildings and electrical system upgrades associated with the above items. Electrical and instrumentation improvements associated with the above items. Please direct all questions related to this meeting to the Q&A Section. No contact or inquiries regarding the Project scope outside of the pre-submittal meeting will be allowed. Questions related to this RFP must be submitted via email to: purchasing@leaguecitytx.gov. The estimated construction budget is $89 million. The Project is anticipated to have a construction phase notice to proceed in April 2025 with an anticipated construction completion by April 2028.
