The Housing Authority of Gloucester County is seeking bids for Carpet Replacement Services at the following properties: Carino Park Apartments Deptford Park Apartments Scattered Site Homes (Various Locations) HAGC reserves the right to reject all bids received by reason of this IFB HAGC reserves the right to waive informalities in bids HAGC is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all federal and state laws, regulations, and executive orders regarding employment Questions will only be accepted in writing to: Paul Letizia at pletizia@hagc.org Work Included: a. To establish a two (2) year contract, (with the right to extend consistent with the terms and provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law) between HAGC and various Contractors for an unspecified amount of Floor Covering to be installed in the aforementioned projects. The Contractor will supply the Floor Covering, labor, materials and job-site supervision for all work to be performed. A list of qualified Contractor's will be established on low-bid basis. HAGC will always give the low Bidder first preference to each individual job. In the event that the low Bidder cannot perform the work, for reasons stated in this IFB, the next low Bidder will be given the opportunity to fulfill the needs ofHAGC forthat particular project. HAGC will continue to move down the list as required for each individual project until the work is assigned or the list is exhausted. In the event of an exhausted list, HAGC will start at the beginning until the work is assigned. The work shall be divided as described in this Section and in pertinent other Sections ofthese specifications.
