EMAIL ADDRESS: bidquestionssoumissions@snb.ca This Invitation to Tender consists of the Winter Maintenance Services on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) for the Nature Domaine Subdivision, in Dieppe, NB for a period of three (3) years from November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2026. With two (2) single year optional renewals upon mutual agreement. Contract will be award to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for item # 1 of the tender documents. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. As per the attached specification, references, insurance, and WorkSafe NB registration in good standing will be required prior to award. Prior to award, a list will need to be provided to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure identifying the necessary equipment to complete the work in a timely manner.
