Lake Travis Independent School District is seeking contractors to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the following project(s). Please do not submit your response electronically. Electronic responses will not be accepted. All interested contractors are encouraged to read the CMR proposal documents thoroughly to ensure that all required documentation is included in their response. The District is releasing multiple CMRs for pre-construction services. Contractors may bid on one or many. Construction schedules will vary. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of Proposal responses without the prior written consent of the Board of Trustees, Lake Travis Independent School District. The conference is not mandatory but the District highly recommends Contractor representation. It is requested that each potential attendee register for the conference so that the District can anticipate the number of individuals that will be attending.
