Electrical Modifications Electrical and Related Construction Any Other Related Work All Switchgear in the Buildings Noted in the Locations Section Has Equipment at 13.2 Kv. Scope of Work Shall Include: Specialized Testing and Maintenance of the Switchgear and the Related Controls Including Relays, Instrument Transformers Will Be Required Under This Contract. Work Will Be Required on the Equipment That Has 480 V and Lower Voltage Switchgear. Distribution Panels Are Located Throughout Three Buildings. All Maintenance Work on 13.2 Kv, 480v, 230/208v Switchgear Shall Be Done in Accordance With the Manufacturer's Instructions. All Panels Shall Undergo a Visual Inspection Followed by an Infrared Analysis to Detect Possible Hotspots and Provide Remedial Action Where Required. Contract Term: The Contract Will Be a One (1) Year Contract Term (10/1/2024 Through 9/31/2025); With the Option of Three (3), One (1) Year Renewals.
