Deadline for Questions October 6, 2023 by 10:00 am CDT Recommendation for Award October 18, 2023 Scope of Work The City intends to establish a term contract with one contractor who has the ability, labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of an approximately 224 kW ground-mounted solar PV array. The entire project must be completed in 60 calendar days by December 31, 2023. The Contractor shall provide all expertise, personnel, tools, materials, equipment, supervision and all other incidental costs and facilities of any nature to execute and complete the installation of the solar PV array as directed by the City. The sole purpose of this contract will be for the installation of a ground-mounted solar PV array at the City's waste water treatment plant. Project Location Waste Water Treatment Plant, 599 S Cottonwood St, Roland, IA 50236. A Bid security in the amount of 3% of the bid must accompany the bid in a separate envelope. Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of the contract will be required. The initial term of the Contract shall commence approximately November 1, 2023, and shall end upon completion of all work, the end date of which is December 31, 2023.
