The scope of this contract shall be to provide snow removal in the bus lanes located in Long Term 1 and 2 parking lots, Daily North parking lot, Employee 1 and 2 parking lots, and Flight Crew 1 and 2 parking lots. The contractor will use a skid steer type piece of equipment with a snow-plow blade. The bus lanes will be plowed, keeping them free of snow and ice. Charlotte Douglas International Airport ("CLT" or "Airport") is seeking experienced Companies to respond and assist with snow removal in Parking lot areas of CLT, including all long-term lots and employee lots and all other lots, and at CLT Bus Shelters. The Companies shall provide all equipment and all staff to perform the work as needed on a contingency basis. Submission of written questions by 5pm est. 10/10/2023. Questions should be directed to Monique Scott through the e-bidding portals Q&A Board. A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be conducted. The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years with two optional one-year renewals.
