Bids are requested for the following Contract: Roane County High School HVAC Replacement The Work will be substantially completed as indicated by the Bidder during the bidding process within Article 6.03 of the Bid Form. Liquidated damages shall be $750.00per day Final completion being 30 calendar days thereafter Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Roane County Board of Education in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Roane County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids
