Replace and Relocate 7.5-ton Split System o Required Permit o Demo and Disposal of 2 gas furnaces, cased coil and condenser o Installation of 2 new 100,000 btu gas furnaces, cased coil and 7.5-ton condenser o Run new line set from cased coil to new location of outdoor unit o Reconnect to existing plumbing, electrical and gas lines, vent piping and controls o Relocate left side thermostat out of office into hallway o Relocate right side thermostat out of office into common area o Disconnect rooftop condenser o Customer will be responsible for sitting condenser off the roof while their crane is on site o Customer will be responsible for new concrete pad, electrical circuit and disconnect at new outdoor unit location o HVAC contractor will be responsible for providing specifications to Hawkins County Buildings Department for new concrete pad location, electrical circuit requirements and disconnect requisites o Minimum of 1 year all parts and labor warranty / standard equipment manufacturers extended warranty parts only o Work to be completed during normal business hours of 8 am to 4 pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding State Holidays HVAC Replacement at East Hawkins Co. Complex.
