The City of Redding wishes to establish a contract with a qualified boiler service technician to perform an Annual Boiler Inspection on two Cleaver Brooks model CB 700-60-30 HW boilers (dual fuel-fired, digester gas and natural gas) at the Clear Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 2220 Metz Road, Anderson, California 96007. Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, and labor to complete this project per the specifications as stated herein. The tune-ups shall be performed by a technician that is qualified to the satisfaction of the APCO (Air Pollution Control Officer) to perform a tune-up in accordance with the procedure described in District Rule 3:26. Please find Shasta County Air Quality Management District Rule 3:26 attached. Each Cleaver Brooks model 700-60-30 HW boiler inspection must be accompanied with a completed Shasta County Air Quality Management District - Tune up Checklist Form. Please find this form attached. A boiler gas analysis will be done on each Cleaver Brooks model 700-60-30 HW for both Digester gas and Natural gas. The City of Redding will not accept a bid from a contractor who is not licensed in accordance with the provisions of the California Business and Professions Code, 7,000 et seq. The City of Redding reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, in part or in their entirety. In addition, the City will award any resulting purchase order in a manner consistent with the City Purchasing Ordinance
