This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the purchase of all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to fabricate and deliver track material, as listed below, to the point of delivery listed in this document. This IFB will result in the award of one or more Contracts. The term of any awarded Contract(s) is six (6) months from issuance of the executed Contract and purchase order. All inquiries, requests for clarifications, approved equals, and contract modifications or changes regarding the Contract Documents must be received no later than Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. and shall be submitted in the space provided in the electronic bidding file with any attachments, supporting documentations, and/or red-line edits to the General Provisions (Agreement), emailed to Egonzales@njtransit.com, Any requests for approved equals must be supported by detailed machine specification or other pertinent information that indicates that the substitute offered is equal to or better than that specified.
