The City of Calgary is issuing this Statement of Requirements (SOR) to all Contractors under RFSO 20-2021 only for the Work as described below with the selection process as described in the Price Only call-up process described in Appendix E of the RFSO: The following locations will be demolished as a part of this project. Bottomlands Park: 90 St Georges Dr NE . North site o 2 buildings to be demolished, o Brick pathway that splits from circular pattern and leads to the 2 washroom structures is to be removed, o The circular brick pattern with benches/planter will remain, border brick being removed will be used to edge the circular pattern, o Demolition area to be filled with clean fill topped with 300mm topsoil and seeded, . South site o 1 building to be demolished, o No changes to the walkway, any damage is to be patched, o Demolition area to be filled with clean fill, topped with 300mm topsoil and seeded, Sue Higgins Park: 10371 15 St SE. o 3 Buildings to be demolished, o Remove 2 washrooms, 1 storage building, o Concrete walkway to remain, o Dead trees to be removed, o Site to be leveled off, filled with 20 mil road crush and compacted, Weaselhead Park: 7305 Crowchild Tr SW o 1 building to be demolished, o Walkway to remain as is, o Demolition area to be filled with clean fill, topped with 300mm topsoil and seeded. North Glenmore Comfort Station: 7305 Crowchild Tr SW o 1 building to be demolished, o Demolition area to be filled with clean fill, topped with 300mm topsoil and seeded, o Will require grass protection to access site, o Disconnections have been completed. All considerations, permitting, parking, facilities, water, washrooms etc. required to complete the work are the responsibility of the awarded contractor.
