The Work location is: • Provincial Road 280 - from Km 74 to Km 150 including Provincial Road 632 Split Lake Access Road. Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Pass Kilometre A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 24 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 30, 2024. For the 2023/24 winter season, Snowplowing and other winter activities will commence on or about November 1, 2023, and will continue until April 30, 2024.
