This Project Has an Seb Reserve for Esb and Sb Tier 1 & 2 Categories for 15% of the Total Bid Amount. For Additional Information See Specification Section 00 20 00, 'instructions To Bidders", Part 2.16, "utilization of Small and Emerging Small Business". This Project Requires the Bidder to Submit An Annual Economic Equity & Inclusion Program (Eeip) Plan or an Approved Eeip Certificate With Their Bid. Failure to Submit Either Will Result in the Disqualification of Their Bid. This Contract is Eligible for the Apprentice Utilization Incentive. Bidding Contractors Considering the Apprenticeship Utilization Bid Incentive Must Sign and Date the Apprenticeship Incentive Form (Aif) and Submit It With Their Bid.
