City wide water meter upgrades consisting of the replacement of approximately (1,400) 5/8î X 3/4î meters and (37) 2î meters with new lockable meter boxes and customer shut-off valves and boxes A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
