Water and waste water treatment supply and disposal equipment. Well drilling and operation equipment. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work includes the rehabilitation of one municipal production well (McGhie Springs). Work includes video camera surveying, well cleaning and acid treatment, development and pump testing of the well. SITE OF WORK: The McGhie Springs Well Rehabilitation site is located in Cottonwood Heights, at approximately 5017 E. Big Cottonwood Road. The McGhie Springs Well is available after September 2023. COMPLETION OF WORK: All Work shall be completed by October 25, 2024. Time is of the essence. BID SECURITY: Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if his Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner may, at reasonable times, inspect the part of the plant or place of business of a contractor or any subcontractor, which is related to the performance of any contract awarded or to be awarded by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of Bids shall be directed to the Engineer for the Project.
