A Corporation of the State of New Jersey, submitting a bid in response to the Advertisement, shall, if successful, provide a resolution authorizing its proper officers to execute a contract. A statement of ownership disclosure is required to be submitted with the bid listing all stockholders holding in excess of ten percent (10%) of the Corporate Stock. The prequalification standards are accepted as meeting the minimum requirements of prequalification certification by the above State Agency for bidders.
