The intent of this RFPQ is to create a Source List of up to Seven (7) Pre-qualified Contractors for various demolition opportunities for the s?miq? ???el? project in Coquitlam BC. The Selected Contractor will be responsible for: Demolition permit application (in some projects); Servicing disconnection and coordination; Environmental monitoring; Study the Hazmat Reports provided by BC Housing; Abatement and disposal, as detailed in the Hazardous Material reports; Coordination with project’s structural engineer; Coordination with architectural heritage professional; Demolition of the structures and clearance of all materials onsite; Junk removal for materials in the structure and cleaning the site; Reinstate the site conditions as agreed in each ITT Please note any soil disturbance must follow s?miq? ???el?
