Patch And Flash 6 Heat Vents With 10 X 10 Epdm. Inspect Existing Membrane For Holes, Patch Holes As Seen. Repair Existing Field Seams Up To 50 With New Epdm Overlay Flashing. Patch And Repair 10 X 60 Of Wall Flashing With New Epdm And Tie Into Existing Epdm. Repair Edge Metal Up To 400 With New Edpm Flashing, Tie Into Existing Roof Edge. Furnish And Install 2 New Box Scuppers At Deteriorated Location. The Town of Hingham (The Owner and Awarding Authority) in accordance with MGL c.149 and c.30 & 39M, seeks to solicit electronic bids for roof repair on the DPW 101 Hersey St. Building.
