RFP for OPM Elementary School Roof Replacement Job #0002 Question Deadline 10/14/2023 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Foxborough Regional Charter School is seeking to replace the roof of the Elementary School. The building was originally built in 1950 with subsequent additions. The total square footage of the roof is approximately 45,000 square feet. The existing roof is original to the building, and is beyond its life expectancy. Significant leaking has occurred in areas over the past several years. Portions ofthe roof were damaged during the October 2021 storm and have been repaired but will still need to be replaced. The OPM will be responsible to the Foxborough Regional Charter School acting as the OPM principal agent and will be independent of the designer and construction contractors. The OPM will be designated as the authorized representative of the Foxborough Regional Charter School to administer both consultant and construction contracts as specified in this request for proposal and/or as negotiated management of design and construction of the Project. The scope of the Project Management Services described in this Agreement is, in the reasonable opinion of the Project Manager, expected to coverall necessary services of the Project Manager for the Project.
