DESCRIPTION The project consists of the retrofit of all lighting fixtures, exit egress signage, the garage sign, stairwell lighting and ramp, elevator and elevator lobbies, and entry lighting at the main garage located at 1700 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA. The attached lighting audit and recommendations report in (appendix A) shall be used as the basis for the bid. In addition to the upgrades described in Appendix A, bidders shall assume an additional 20% decorative LED multi-color light per garage level as designed by architect Mdesigns + MWJ Consulting LLC. The 20% additional lighting locations and design shall be determined during the first phase of retrofit work and will be made in consultation with the Community College of Philadelphia and the selected contractor. All questions must be submitted via the "Clarifications" tab on PennBid by October 19th, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Email and telephone inquiries will not be accepted. We ask that vendors keep open the following dates for scope review following the bid: Friday, November 3rd, and Monday, November 6th 2023.
