Remove Existing Retaining Walls and Install New Walls For questions pertaining to bidding procedures contact Nancy Rockwell, CPO by email to purchasing@norfolkcounty.org The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all the work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. If a building permit is required, it will be the responsibility of the awarded contractor to obtain it. All work to be done to current code. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. All bidders will be required to take their own measurements. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing emailed to: purchasing@norfolkcounty.org For technical questions contact John Vignone, Acting Supt. of Buildings at 781 461-6125. For questions pertaining to bidding procedures, contact Nancy R. Rockwell, Chief Procurement Officer at 781 488-8007 Remove four (4) existing interlocking walls at the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds and properly dispose. Install four (4) new walls (each approximately 45' in length and 1' in height) using TECHOBLOCK MINICRETA (shale gray) Wall stone. If a substitute will be used, it must be approved by the Supt. of Buildings. New walls to match removed walls.
