Review existing building documents and drawings provided by the city of Beaverton. Perform site visits as needed to verify existing conditions. 2. Prepare for, facilitate and document plus or minus three (3) design meetings with city stakeholders to discuss and confirm program, needs, layout, finishes, electrical, data and lighting. 3. Code analysis as needed including egress and accessibility. 4. Design, detail and produce construction documents as needed for the scope of work. 5. Permitting through the city of Beaverton's online permit system. Respond to questions and resubmit as needed to obtain permit. 6. Coordination and meeting with contractor/Beaverton to review scope of work and budget. 7. Review submittals and respond to requests for information. Issue supplemental instructions, review change orders and attend construction meetings as needed. 8. Produce punchlist as needed and coordinate with contractor to resolve outstanding items. Produce record documents based on project documents provided by the contractor.
