The project scope includes extensive capital maintenance and building renovations throughout the approximate 60,000 GSF facility. Capital maintenance items include but are not limited to a complete roof replacement, window replacement, masonry tuck pointing, complete HVAC system replacement and plumbing system replacement, and fire alarm replacement. Renovation items include a main office/secure entry reconfiguration, addition of fire sprinkler system throughout the building, ceiling and flooring replacement throughout, and a refresh of interior finishes throughout the building. The construction of this project will be phased per the provided phasing plans and project schedule: construction will occur over the summer of 2024, the 2024-2025 school year in an occupied building, and the summer of 2025 for completion by September 2025. J.H. Findorff & Son Inc is the Construction Manager for this project. Findorff will be self performing the concrete, masonry, steel, framing/drywall, and carpentry scopes of work. The HVAC scope was previously let and awarded. This bid package includes all remaining scopes of work. Question Deadline 10/19/2023 at 5:00 PM CT *As of October 23, 2023, addendum 3 has been issued.
