A master metered connection with Donalds-Due West Water & Sewer Authority is also included in the project. The work is divided into a Base Bid with two (2) add alternates. Question Deadline 10/26/2023 Project will be constructed under a single prime contract with a Base Bid which may be awarded with or without Alternate #1, and/or Alternate #2 so that the Project is within budget and in the Owner's best interest. B. The project is funded through a grant from the SC Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP).
