The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED BIDS for an HVAC Replacement at Summit Dr. Elementary School for Greenville County Schools students in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. Summary of project requirements below: 1. Replacement of VAV boxes as called out on plans and specifications. 2. Replacement of RTU's (roof top units) as called out on plans and specifications. 3. Replacement of HVAC controls wiring and equipment. 4. Demolition/removal/disposal of existing HVAC equipment to be replaced. 5. Replacement of boilers as called out on plans and specifications. 6. Demolition/removal/disposal of old boilers. 7. Removal and closing of existing wall vents in the gym. 8. Replacement/addition of required fire alarm equipment related to HVAC system. 9. Provide all labor and materials to complete work according to plans and specifications. To include all associated systems to make a complete project (gas piping, drains, vents, roof curbs, additional ductwork, etc.).
