sealed Bids for the new construction of Batesville Building Automation Controls & VAV Upgrade. Work shall be performed under one Unified Contract. Should a successful Bidder withdraw the Bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory Contract, the Owner may then declare the Bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to waive any informalities or errors in bidding for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid opening. Bidder receiving the award shall furnish an approved one hundred percent (100%) PerformanceBond and a one hundred percent (100%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond whichcover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the Work. Documents info : There is a limit of three (3) sets per Bidder, one (1) set per sub bidder and supplier, under the refundable policy. Additional sets may be purchased at non-refundable printing costs. A non-refundable fee will be added for postage when necessary. Electronic media of the Drawings and Specifications in PDF format is available to plan-holders(only) from the same printing company for a non-refundable fee of $50.
