ACQUIRE SERVICES & SUPPLIES / EQUIPMENT: The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services and supplies or equipment complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. 1. The purpose of this solicitation is to request bids from a qualified electrical contractor to trench and install approximately 1290 feet of #10 wire in 1" conduit from the existing service panel to 3 light poles surrounding the Transportation bus parking to provide a power source for 3 cameras (see photo). 2. Bid price shall include all materials and labor to complete the project per specifications shown below. All work shall be completed within 14 days of the awarded date unless agreed upon by Clover School District's Director of Facilities. Upon agreement by both parties, a new completion date shall be established if necessary. 3. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, and to accept the proposal that is the most advantageous to the district. 4. Payments on contracts resulting from this solicitation will be based on receipt and acceptance of equipment/installation and a proper invoice. 5. The work will be performed at the Clover school district Transportation Department located at 465 Paul Ford Road, Clover, SC 29710. The vendor will work closely with the Clover School District on scheduling, delivery of materials, and start date of trenching. 6. The vendor shall provide proof of any and all state and local license needed to perform the above-mentioned project and all documents required by the South Carolina LLR. 7. If there are any changes to the of work listed below, a change order must be approved by CSD. Vendor shall trench a ditch approximately 1115 feet from the existing service panel to (3) existing wooden pole locations (see attached photo) at the Transportation bus lot to provide a power source for three cameras provide and installed by Clover School District. Contractor shall install approximately 1290 feet of 10-2 with ground UF underground wire in 1" conduit or #10 single pull, stranded wire in 1" conduit from the provided service panel to (3) light poles surrounding the Transportation bus parking (see attached photo). Conduit shall run up all three poles and be attached by the proper code method with the wires left long enough to be terminated by Clover School District inside the camera housing.
