Remove old EPDM roof membrane, fiber board, flashing, boots, etc., as necessary and dispose of according to the AHJ regulations regarding asbestos containing material (if applicable). Asbestos report will be provided to walkthrough attendees. See Exhibit 2 for specifications. Provide all labor and materials to install new mechanically fastened 1/2" HD board or equal, mechanically fastened roof membrane, flashing, boots, hardware, walk pads, and any other equipment/materials to satisfy manufacturers warrantee requirements and provide a water tight roof assembly. Areas shown in Exhibit 1at the end of this ITB. Base bid to include abatement/disposal costs if applicable.
