The proposed roadway will consist of 11' lanes and 5' earthen shoulders. The project will also consist of 3019 LF of existing gravel Hastings Rd from Marshall Rd to Choate Dr. The new roadway will consist of 11' lanes and 5' earthen shoulders. 465 LF of Choate Dr will also be replaced from the intersection of Hastings Rd to 465 FT east of Hastings Rd. The proposed lanes will consist of 10' lanes and 5' earthen shoulders. The proposed construction phasing will be a combination of flagger-operated traffic control and detours throughout the work zones.
