The City of Lafayette is seeking bids for tree planter replacements on Public Road. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of approx. 5,500 sq. ft. of concrete walkway, approx 235 individual stone paver resets, decorative concrete seating and planters, irrigation piping and landscape plantings, electrical relocation, and any/all other items necessary to complete the project, including traffic/pedestrian control, demolition, etc., as detailed in the attached Drawings & Specifications. Purchase Type Term: 11/07/2023 - 05/10/2024 Questions regarding the documents may be submitted through online until 5:00 pm Friday, October 13th, 2023. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - 100 % - 100 % -- Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee , or a certified or cashier's check payable to the order of the City of Lafayette in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the Contract, if awarded, in conformity with the bid form. The bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a and acceptable to the City of Lafayette for 100% of the Contract Price for each , in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. *The undersigned understands that the CITY reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the CITY.
