Any mention in these sections or indication on the drawings of articles, materials, operations, or methods required that the Contractor furnish each item so mentioned or indicated, of the kind, type, or design and quality of each item so mentioned or indicated on the drawings, and that the Contractor furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and supervision necessary to complete the work in accordance with the drawings and the true meaning and intent of these specifications, even though such mention of articles, materials, operations, methods, quality, qualifications, or conditions is not expressed in complete sentences.
