Weld County is seeking a turnkey lump sum bid for a renovation upgrade at the Weld County Training Center. The Training Center Building is located at 1104 H Street, Greeley, Colorado. Bids over $50,000 will require a payment (100%) and performance (100%) bond. Performance and payment bonds must be submitted using an AIA-312 bond form. Other bond forms will not be accepted. Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County The scope of this project is for the complete renovation of the training center conference rooms A & B. This will include all work as outlined in the provided construction documents. The scope of this project includes but is not limited to demolition of ceiling mounted fixtures, current mechanical systems, and wall carpet. New mechanical units and systems including controls to be installed as a complete system. Contractor to provide a fully functional lighting control system integrated with new lighting package. This is a turn-key project which the contractor will be responsible for completing all extents of the project as outlined and specified in the project contract documents that have been provided as part of this bid request. These scopes shall be included in the bid price and construction schedule. This also includes all additions, alterations, engineering services, and new work required for a complete and code compliant finished product. It is the contractor's responsibility at the time of bid to ensure all project specifications and requirements have been considered and included in their bid submission.
