This project consists of infrastructure updates to the Mills-Norrie Campground. A new septic absorption field will be constructed to replace two existing outdated absorption fields. New sanitary and effluent sewer mains will be constructed to safely convey wastewater to the proposed absorption field. The campground's recreational vehicle dump station will be modernized and expanded to allow for more convenient access. Estimate Range: $2,252,500.00 to $3,047,500.00 By submitting a bid, the Bidder agrees not to make any claim for, or have any right to, damages because of any misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the specifications, or because of any misinformation or lack of information. OPRHP reserves the right to exercise the following: Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $132,500.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PROJECT COMPLETION The contract duration for this project is 501 calendar days. The duration begins after the contract has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office or January 31, 2024, whichever is later.
