As of now, that bill has not been signed and is not required for this project; however, if the bill is signed prior to the closing date of this proposal, it will be enforced. The smoke detector will be located in a room where it is easy to reach for required annual inspection, testing and maintenance. o Heat Detectors o Sprinkler System Tamper and Flow Switch Monitoring o Carbon Monoxide Detectors will be located in rooms with fuel-burning appliances o Notification Appliances o Wall and ceiling mounted loudspeakers and strobes. o Located so that sound levels and visible signals will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act o Door Hold Opens for Fire Rated Doors o New up-to-date Fire Alarm Graphic Annunciator Panels (maps) will be installed at Building Fire Department Entrances
