The project described in this Statement of Work consists of the cabling tasks listed below. The quote will be for a period of one year starting on the date of approval. Vendor will supply resource(s) to perform the tasks described below. 1. Task: Cable Installation 1.1. Per drop Pricing Cat-6 cabling 1.2. Per foot pricing fiber optic cabling 1.3. Per drop pricing for coaxial RG6 and RG11 cabling 1.4. Per foot pricing HDMI cabling 1.5. Data Cabling Services Hourly Rate 2. Completion Criteria: 2.1. All work will be done in accordance with the SAISD Technology Department Systems Wiring Standard Rev 10-08-09. (Document attached) 2.2. When industry standards conflict with SAISD Standards the conflict will be brought to the attention of the SAISD project supervisor. 2.3. The work under this Statement of Work is complete when the following has occurred: 2.3.1. At the completion of the work requested, Vendor requests that SAISD sign a work approval form. 2.3.2. Work is completed in accordance with the SAISD Wiring Standards. 2.3.3. All deliverables such as drawings, schematics, identification lists and testing data are supplied 2.3.4. All punch list items are cleared, repaired, or finished Proposal envelopes shall be plainly marked on the lower left-hand corner with your company name and the following information: Sealed RFP #23-025-10-24 For: Data Cabling and AV Installation Your Company Name: Do Not Open Until: 10/10/23 - 11AM Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. After evaluation of all proposals is completed, the Purchasing Department will present a recommendation to the SAISD Board of Trustees at a scheduled meeting. After approval by the Board of Trustees, the bid tab will be posted on the SAISD website
