The Contractor will provide to the Department of Water Resources (DWR), low voltage cabling services on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for providing all technical expertise, materials, labor, tools, and documentation for each task that is assigned. Various DWR locations throughout the State of California and at the California Natural Resources Agency Headquarters (CNRA HQ) at 715 P Street, Sacramento, California 95814. Technical questions must be submitted in writing to paula.masarweh@water.ca.gov The DVBE Incentive offers bidders an incentive calculation when they include DVBE subcontractors in their bid efforts. Application of the Incentive may place the bidder in line for bid award. Minimum incentive applied will be three (3) percent, not to exceed five (5) percent
