The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing pickleball courts and equipment including, but limited to, landscaping, site grading, sidewalk, curb and gutter, HMA, fencing, pedestrian ramps, stairs with handrail, striping and other items described in the plan set. Question Submission Close Date: All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to the ENGINEER no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening of Bids. The Work will be Substantially Completed within 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed on or before August 30, 2024. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The location of the work is: Northwest corner of Canyon Rim Park adjacent to LDS Church and Canyon Rim Academy. Near 3100 South Grace Street, Millcreek, Utah 84108. Bid Security in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract All bids will be calculated and then verified by Millcreek Public Works personnel Incomplete bids and/or applications that are rejected by the electronic procurement system will not be eligible for consideration in the selection process.
