RFP WILL NOT be accepted via oral communication, telephone, electronic mail or facsimile transmission. RFPs received past the deadline will not be considered. The COPT will evaluate RFPs and make a selection based on the firm's technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work. The COPT will not provide compensation or defray any costs incurred by any firm related to the response to this request. The COPT reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms. The COPT also reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, or to accept any deemed most advantageous to the COPT, or to waive any irregularities of informalities in the RFPs received, and to revise the process schedule as circumstances arise. Proposal will reference the Summary Report from Envirophase Environmental Consulting dated September 6, 2023. Any questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications and exhibits must be submitted three (3) business days prior to the submission date The proposer who is awarded the contract shall execute an Asbestos and Biohazard Removal and Abatement Agreement on a form attached to these specifications. All work, including the remediation plan, is to be carried out in strict compliance with these plans and specifications. Each proposal shall be completed on a form furnished by COPT .
