The Connally Independent School District ( District ) is requesting proposals for ADMINISTRATION BUILDING HVAC UNITS. The purpose of this request is to select a vendor to provide seventeen (17) HVAC Units for the Administration Buildings. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposals received. Bid note: The District will not acknowledge or receive Proposals that are delivered or received after the deadline or those submitted by telephone, facsimile, or electronic mail. For questions regarding this CSP, please submit in writing by September 26, 2023 by email to David Z. Timmons (dtimmons@connally.org). SCOPE: The Connally Independent School District is accepting competitive sealed proposals for Administration Building HVAC Units. Updated Administration Building HVAC Units would be more energy efficient, more reliable, and make it easier to find repair parts to current HVAC units. 1. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: Proposals shall be for 17 Administration Building HVAC Units. Prospective proposers can be provided HVAC Unit specifications on request from Jeremy Richard Executive Director of Maintenance and Facilities (jrichard@connally.org). 2. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT MATERIALS & SUPPLIES: The proposal must include a listing (including specifications) for any additional equipment materials and supplies not included as part of the proposed package that are required to properly operate the HVAC Units. (Example: computers, software, cables, other peripheral attachments and or accessories) 3. PRICING METHOD: CISD encourages Proposers to provide the pricing method that is most competitive for their company. The pricing method should be objective and verifiable, but CISD realizes that prices may be subject to uncertainty. Proposer should clearly state the pricing method and whether prices may be subject to change.
