The purpose of the Study is to review conditions for a single or multi-use project that will support the needs of the University, the community, and the City of Atlantic City. The Phase III Project ideas may include, but not be limited to, academic offerings, retail, performing arts, hotel, University housing, market-rate or affordable housing, entertainment, professional offices, governmental offices, community services, parking, and transportation. The Phase III Project may be developed and financed with one or more public or private partners. The University also will require the Consultant(s) to provide a market study, economic impact analysis, finance plan, and any other expert reports or information about other uses that may provide opportunities for the achievement of Project Goals and Objectives.
