Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the Priority Snow Removal Services for Health Facilities within the City of Regina as listed in Appendix B. The contract shall be awarded for a 36 month period with an option for two (2) 12 month extensions. Quotations are to be quoted on a cost for entire snow season per site. SHA will pay this total quoted amount over a 6 month period. Invoicing period will be October through March. The payments are divided by the six billing months for the entire season. The Vendor must provide unlimited cleaning and hauling of snow from the first snowfall and will end with the last snowfall of the season. The lot inspections and snow removal are to be continued until both parties are in agreement the snow season is over. SHA reserves the right to select single or multiple vendors as deemed most advantageous. The snow removal, sanding and hauling of snow shall be to a location acceptable by the City of Regina. Inquiries concerning this RFP are to be directed in writing as follows: Attention: Kyla Cleniuk Email: kyla.cleniuk@saskhealthauthority.ca To ensure a timely response, all questions and inquiries must be submitted to Saskatchewan Health Authority no later than 2 p.m. SK time, a minimum of 7 business days prior to the RFP closing date. Questions received after this date may not receive responses. It is solely the Proponent's responsibility to ensure that questions are submitted by the deadline.
