The project provides for the pavement rehabilitation, traffic signal modifications, ADA curb ramps, signage, striping, and any other incidentals necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The City of Longview accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addendums and submit inadequate or incorrect responses. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 apply and demonstrating DBE compliance and utilization of at least 13% is a Condition of Award. Cash, cashier's check, certified check and/or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid price shall accompany all bids.
