This room is used for senior events, basketball, volleyball and hopefully in the future pickleball. o The objective of this project if the installation of approximately 3400 sq ft. of Ecore Baller Motivate Sports Flooring. The District seeks bids from professionally Certified Ecore Athletic Flooring installers only. All shall be done in a lump sum bid. The demolition and disposal of existing surface shall not be included in the bid. Original flooring will be removed and abated by others prior to the new floor installation. Receipt of a certificate of clearance for asbestos remediation will be issued to the Certified Ecore Flooring installer prior to the start of the job. o The Certified Contractor will provide and install leveling/patching compounds, adhesives and prepare sub flooring to provide the proper installation of new Ecore Bounce Sports Flooring. o The Certified Contractor will provide and install Cove Base 4" tall in basic black o Provide moisture testing and PH test of base floor and self-leveling check before installation. o The Certified Contractor will provide and install Transition strips (Basic Black Rubber or Vinyl) for all transition areas. o The Certified Contractor will provide Game Line Paint, Tape Barrier Clean etc., all materials. o The Contractor will be a Certified Specialty Court Line Installer and will provide labor for: 1 basketball court, 1 volleyball court and 2 pickleball linings. Sport Court lining must be painted on the courts. NO line stickers permitted. o Installing company must be located in Illinois. o Service reply time company representative must be on site within 48 hours of service request. o All generated debris to be removed and disposed of properly. o Ecore Flooring materials, Ecore Baller Weld rods, Ecore E Grip and bricks necessary for installation will be provided by Owner The floor will be completely removed and abated prior to the installation work.
