Replacement of the existing pump package to include the pump and motor. If any Vendor has questions about any specifications or other solicitation documents, the Vendor should contact the person issuing the RFQ whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than three working days before the due date 1. Existing conditions: Existing diesel pump house was constructed in 2015. The system has appeared to be struck by lightning several times. The engine and turbo show evidence of overheating. The wiring harnesses and overflow hoses from coolant reservoir are melted to the engine. 2. Drawings of the existing system are attached as Exhibit A. 3. Contractor shall replace the existing pump package to include pump and motor. 4. Contractor shall install an automatic fill valve on the system. 5. New equipment shall be equivalent or better than the existing make/model. 6. Suggestions for improvements to this system are encouraged.
