Project Description: The project will consist of demolition of the existing interior mens and womens restroom space. Included in the demolition will be the existing thick set flooring and tile flooring, ceramic wall tile, toilet and urinals, toilet partitions, countertops and sinks, existing walls and doors, plumbing, lighting, mechanical and ceiling systems. A new restroom has been designed with shower rooms, locker areas, toilets and urinals, toilet and urinal partitions, countertops and sinks, new walls, doors, lighting, plumbing, mechanical, and ceiling system. New thick set will flooring and ceramic floor tile along with ceramic wall tile will also be provided within the new spaces. In addition to the remodel of the restroom, the general contractor will be required to include in their contract the costs to provide and maintain temporary restroom facilities for the duration of the construction of the restrooms spaces.
